We are looking for a Night Shift Freezer / Chiller Supervisor to support our Night Shift Manager in leading our warehouse operations.
You will provide daily direction to the night team, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
Working 42½ hours per week, Sunday to Thursday inclusive from 9.00pm until 6.00am, with Saturday mornings worked on a 4 weekly rota basis for an additional payment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the night team, ensuring smooth operations.
- To oversee and undertake picking duties in the freezer and chiller, working in temperatures of up to -21°c and +5°c.
- General Warehouse duties including, loading and unloading of vehicles and pallets, ensuring goods are not damaged through mis handling, faulty storing, stacking or loading.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with operational standards.

Desirable Key Skills
- Reliable and flexible with regards to working hours and shifts
- Counter balance/Reach FLT licence is desirable
- Ability to work to a high standard under pressure with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Good numeracy, literacy skills and IT skills
- Sound knowledge of H&S, especially Manual Handling requirements and the implementation of this
- Good knowledge of Food Safety legislation and the Company HACCP Plan and of the requirements within the business
- Good understanding of key HR management procedures and policies
