Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst identifying new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions that meet client requirements effectively.
- Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports for strategic planning.
- Lead negotiations and presentations to secure new contracts whilst ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of tools and services aligned with client expectations.
- Provide leadership within the team by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues in achieving sales targets.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the tool hire or construction sectors.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer information.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards shared goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present confidently to clients at all levels.
- Organised approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service while managing multiple accounts efficiently.

Pay: £24,420.00-£67,016.26 per year
