We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to service a Sales Office, Showhomes and Stock Plots on behalf of Tilla Homes.
This role includes cleaning the Sales Complex once per week, with each visit lasting approximately 4-hours. In addition, Stock Plots are to be cleaned on a fortnightly basis, requiring a further 4-hours per week.
Cleaning must be completed either before the development opens at 10:00am or after it closes at 5:00pm.
Duties include general cleaning of the Sales Office, Showhomes and Stock Plots, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces to ensure all areas are presented to a high standard at all times. All cleaning materials, equipment, and full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, punctual, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
