Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fast Food Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and leading a motivated team. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during peak hours
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and supervise team members including servers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house personnel
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct staff training sessions on food safety, service standards, and operational procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of staff members
- Implement promotional activities and optimise sales opportunities
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Experience in food production, kitchen management, or culinary roles is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles
- Knowledge of serving standards and hospitality practices
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and diplomatically
- Relevant qualifications in food safety or hospitality management are advantageous
