The Role
We're looking for a qualified and certified Holistic Crystal Healer to join us on a self-employed basis.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a dedicated practitioner who wants to grow their client base within a calm, professional, and genuinely supportive studio
environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering one-to-one crystal healing treatments tailored to each client's individual needs
Selecting and working with crystals based on their natural energetic properties
Creating a calming, safe, and nurturing space for every client session
Maintaining the cleanliness, charging, and proper care of all crystals and treatment tools
Building genuine rapport with clients and supporting their ongoing wellness journeys
Working collaboratively with our wider team of holistic therapists and practitioners
Upholding the studio's reputation for excellence — reflected in our 4.5-star rating across Google, Treatwell, and Phorest
Keeping accurate client treatment records in line with studio procedures.
What We're Looking For
A recognised qualification and certification in
Crystal Healing (essential)
A genuine, heartfelt belief in the practice and healing power of crystals.
Deep respect for the natural purity and integrity of crystals and holistic methods.
A reliable, dependable approach — clients and teammates can count on you.
An easygoing, friendly, team-first attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional presentation and excellent client care standards.
Prior experience in a spa, holistic, or wellness
studio setting is a plus, but not essential
