About K&S Dental Laboratory
Established in 1997, K&S Dental Laboratory is a family-run business based in Acton, West London. We are proud to provide high-quality dental laboratory services to dental practices across the region. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator / Case Handling Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our laboratory's daily operations. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating the booking and dispatch of laboratory cases, and ensuring an efficient workflow between our customers and production team.
Working closely with the Production Manager, you will help plan, organise and prepare laboratory work for collection and delivery, ensuring all cases are processed accurately and completed within the required timescales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries by telephone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
- Book laboratory cases into the system accurately and efficiently.
- Check cases in and out of the laboratory.
- Ensure all work is entered into the system and dispatched within the deadlines specified on order forms.
- Coordinate collections and deliveries with dental practices.
- Work closely with the Production Manager to prioritise workloads and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as required.
About You
This role would suit someone with experience in a dental practice, such as a Practice Manager, Receptionist or Administrator, or a Graduate Dental Technician. Previous experience in the dental sector is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
