Kitchen Porter
Location: Hatton, Derbyshire (DE65 5PW)
Hours: 20–30 hours per week (Friday–Monday)

We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy central production kitchen in Hatton.
Working as part of our catering and events team, you'll help keep our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and hygiene. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in hospitality or for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing pots, pans, utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised kitchen.
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Receiving and putting away deliveries.
- Cleaning floors, work surfaces and kitchen equipment.
- Emptying waste and recycling in line with company procedures.
- Supporting the kitchen team with general day-to-day duties.
- Following all food safety and health & safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit, as the role involves standing for long periods and manual handling.
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
