Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with kitchen standards
- Support the Chef de Partie in the day-to-day running of the section
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
- Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are always met
- Assist with stock rotation and minimise waste
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment
- Support junior team members where required
Person Specification
- Previous experience within a professional kitchen environment
- Passion for food and a desire to develop culinary skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
