Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Swindon
Salary: £45,000-£51,000 per year (approx. £865-£980 per week)
Hours: 40 hours per week (6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday)
Overtime: Time-and-a-half Saturdays, double-time Sundays

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, service, and repair production and packaging equipment to minimise downtime
- Support preventative maintenance of the commercial vehicle fleet
- Diagnose faults and recommend engineering improvements
- Work across legacy and automated machinery
- Uphold high health and safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Proven mechanical or multi-skilled engineering experience in manufacturing or FMCG sectors
- Strong practical skills, including welding/fabrication
- Ability to fault-find and repair a variety of machinery
- Basic vehicle mechanical knowledge or willingness to assist with fleet maintenance
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently
