We are seeking an initiative-taking and enthusiastic Environmental Coordinator to support our environmental and sustainability initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting compliance with environmental legislation, company policies, and broader sustainability objectives.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the monitoring environmental performance and compliance with legislation.
- Support waste management, recycling, and resource efficiency initiatives.
- Help collate, analyse and report environmental data (energy, water, waste, emissions).
- Participate in environmental audits and site inspections.
- Assist with maintaining environmental records and documentation.
- Support Sustainability projects and awareness campaigns.
- Help investigate environmental incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of environmental practices.
Experience
- GCSE Maths and English
- Communication skills and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Good knowledge of ESG reporting, environmental legislation and regulations is desirable.
- Previous experience working in a team environment or working as part of a team.
- Computer literacy – being able to input and interpret data accurately into excel, create and use word documents.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of independence when required in a fast-paced setting.
Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
