The Job
We're currently on the lookout for a first-rate Embroidery Machine Operator. You'll be part of a lively, high-achieving team that consistently delivers exceptional results.
Your primary role will involve operating cutting-edge embroidery machines, adding logos to customer orders as per specifications.
The role offers a diverse, high-paced work environment that is also warm and supportive.
Your Responsibilities
● Operate and maintain industrial embroidery machines, including multi-needle machines
● Set up embroidery machines, ensuring proper threading, tension, and design files are loaded correctly
● Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
● Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met, including alignment, and colour accuracy
● Ensure machines are regularly cleaned, oiled, and maintained to prevent malfunctions.
● Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment
● Perform any additional tasks as required by the production manager
