We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and caring EYFS Teacher / Early Years Educator to join our warm and nurturing childminder Montessori setting in Ealing.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years professional who is seeking their next long-term role within a warm and nurturing childminder setting. The successful candidate will be a strong team player who is willing to contribute positively to the setting community, share ideas and support the continued development of a high-quality Early Years environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an inspiring and inclusive environment where children can explore, discover and develop independence through indoor and outdoor learning.
- Support children’s development through meaningful play, encouraging communication, confidence and positive relationships.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, using this knowledge to plan activities that meet their individual needs and interests.
- Encourage children to become confident learners through positive guidance, encouragement and support.
Teamwork and Professional Practice
- Work closely with the childminder to support and maintain an outstanding standard of Early Years care and education.
- Share ideas, creativity and professional expertise to enrich the children’s learning experiences and the setting’s environment.
- Demonstrate a positive, adaptable and professional attitude, responding confidently to the needs of the children and setting.
Person Specification
- Full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS Statutory Framework.
- Experience working early years setting.
- Good understanding of child development, observation and assessment.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
