Join Our Team as a Baker!
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our friendly and hardworking team. If you have a love for creating high-quality baked goods and take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are followed.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices. (Food Safety Level 2 minimum)
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
