We are looking for a creative and critical thinker, ideally with a minimum of one years’ experience in the workplace or real estate industry to join our team. In this role you will be working across all aspects of our consultancy projects, advising on the future of work and innovative workplace solutions encompassing space, people and technology.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working individual to develop in an established and growing consultancy business. Experience with working on consultancy projects and developing relationships with clients a strong advantage, as is some experience with working in change management or user-centred design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Contributing to client workshops by crafting engaging presentations and materials, and effectively reporting outcomes to clients
- Gathering and analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to extract valuable insights to present to clients
- Participating in client meetings to present back findings and follow up on actions
- Supporting senior members of the team in developing evidence-based insights and recommendations
- Supporting the creation of clear narratives that make recommendations clear and actionable at all levels of an organisation
- Curating compelling blogs and articles for our website
Requirements
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- 1+ year experience in a similar role or related field
- Strong ability in MS Office
- The ability to use Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is an advantage
- Experience in gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience in qualitative research methods such as creative workshops, interviews or experience/journey mapping is an advantage

Benefits Include
- Salary package: £35k - £45k per annum including bonus and depending on experience
- 32 days holiday per annum (incl. Bank Holidays) rising to 37 linked to length of service
