SHYNE is a growing men’s haircare brand focused on creating products that uplift and support our community. We run our online shop from a small, friendly workshop where every order is packed with care.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn to support our order fulfilment operations. This role is offered on a zero-hour contract, meaning hours will vary week to week based on order volumes and business needs.
You’ll be packing and shipping orders, keeping the workshop organised, and helping us stay on top of inventory. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. What matters most is strong attention to detail, the ability to follow packing lists accurately, and the ability to read and speak English confidently.
Responsibilities
- Print order labels using our shipping software
- Pick customer orders accurately
- Pack items according to the printed packing list
- Use packaging materials correctly to ensure orders are secure and well presented
- Work at a good pace while maintaining accuracy
- Check product quality before dispatch
- Keep the workshop clean and organised
- Assist with stock checks
- Move boxes and stock around the warehouse
- Communicate clearly with the team to ensure orders are packed correctly

- Comfortable standing for periods of time and lifting/moving boxes
- Ability to reliably commute to our warehouse in Stevenage, Roebuck Retail Park
- Positive attitude and interest in growing with the brand
