Job Description:
We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Bartender at Woodies at the Junction Inn. As a Bartender, you'll be an essential part of creating memorable drinking experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, guiding them through the menu, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and describe specials and drink options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
- Deliver orders to tables and ensure prompt and accurate service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist with table clean-up and resetting for the next guests.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle cash and card transactions, including processing payments and providing change.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and a willingness to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
