Role Summary
The Reconciliation Administrator is responsible for accurately reconciling the customers‘ deliveries in accordance with the required timelines and process any information which will affect future deliveries; collating the appropriate data to ensure the client can invoice their customers correctly, and has the ability to balance stocks at agreed periodic intervals.
Key Responsibilities
The job holder is responsible for;

The accurate reconciliation of all product delivered against customer specific agreed deadlines.
- Ensuring that data of completed reconciliation is exported as per customer specific agreed deadlines.
- Ensuring correct data entry into various audit logs.
- Completing an accurate and detailed handover and communication takes place between shifts.
- Taking the appropriate investigative action to find missing data in order to reconcile deliveries within the agreed timeframe.
- Investigating any anomalies and escalating them as appropriate.
- Monitoring the accounting queries inbox and ensure that any reconciling / invoicing queries are responded to in the appropriate time frame.
- Undertaking any ad-hoc administration tasks as required by the Customer Service Admin Manager, the Control Team Leader or the Service Operations manager.
- Assisting the Customer Service Administration team as and when required.
- Creating periodic management information reports as and when required.
- Filing of paperwork.
Hours of work: Working a shift pattern of an average of 37.5 hours per week that covers days, nights and weekends (10.5 hour shifts)
Requirements

Have the ability to work a shift pattern covering days, nights and weekends, and be flexible in their working hours
- Live within a commutable distance
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and organisation skills
- Be proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
- Have excellent numerical data skills
- Have the ability to interpret data and prioritise tasks
- Be a team player and be able to work unsupervised in a pressurised environment meeting individual and shared deadlines
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build affective working relationships
- Have a good use of intuition and problem solving skills for productive outcomes
Performance in the role will be measured on the accurate and timely logging of information, specifically (but not exclusively) regarding reconciliation information, and producing accurate and detailed reports.
