Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional development.
- Manage merchandising activities, including product placement, stock replenishment, and visual displays to optimise sales opportunities.
- Handle customer enquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills.
- Monitor sales performance data and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in organising promotional events and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Support administrative tasks such as inventory management, documentation, and correspondence.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication with diverse customer bases.
- Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams within retail or sales environments.
