Operations Manager - Lanka Clothing
Lanka Clothing is a growing fashion brand, and we’re looking for an Operations Manager who wants to grow with us and become a key part of the business.
This is a hands-on role. We’re not looking for someone who just wants to manage from a desk. You’ll be involved in everything from packing orders and managing stock to organising returns, helping with photoshoots and improving the way the business operates.
As we grow, we want you to grow with us.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of Lanka Clothing
- Packing and dispatching customer orders
- Managing stock and keeping inventory organised
- Processing returns and exchanges
- Making sure orders are accurate and dispatched on time
- Keeping the workspace organised and running efficiently
- Helping organise and assist with photoshoots/content days
- Supporting new product launches and stock drops
- Spotting problems and finding better ways of doing things
- Helping us improve systems and processes as the business grows
- Taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Getting involved wherever the business needs you
There will be plenty more as we grow. We want someone who sees that as exciting rather than inconvenient.
