Salary: £35,000
OTE: £75,000 & Benefits

About the Client:
Our client is a leading national estate agency with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and results across the region. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their office and lead a team of talented Sales Agents.
Role Overview:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the branch's performance, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that business objectives are met and that operational processes run smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a key branch within a reputable agency and make a real impact on its success.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or senior sales role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Deep knowledge of the Maidenhead property market and surrounding areas.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales and business goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Full driving license, company car or car allowance.
ARLA or NAEA qualification is a plus, but not essential.
