School Administrator – Robins Nest School, Old School, Watling St, Gailey, Westwing ST19 5PR
Salary: £27,976 - £29,432 | Full Time (40 hours/week)
Purpose of Role
To provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school office and support the wider school community. The Administrator will embody the EPIC values and adhere strictly to the Staff Code of Conduct to promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for pupils and staff.
At Robins Nest School
We are a small independent school which supports KS2 and KS3 students that may have previously experienced difficulties accessing in their education. We are committed to ensuring that all students learn and are engaged in the appropriate programme of study, which allows them to successfully re-engage with education and to achieve their very best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Provide an administrative function to the Senior Leadership Team

Working closely with the Headteacher with a range of duties

Welcoming students, staff and visitors of the school

Communicating with central departments such as finance and HR
-
Overseeing attendance data across the school
-
Attending and minuting meetings with the Headteacher
-
Working with the Designated Safeguarding Lead’s to promote safeguarding across the school
Requirements

Are proficient in Microsoft office 365
-
Understand young people with SEND
-
Have excellent communication skill
-
Can promote safeguarding in a school

Have a warm and welcoming personality

Are exceptionally well organised
