About the Role:
As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee a portfolio of client sites, ensuring high cleaning standards are consistently met. This role requires flexibility, strong organisational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance
- Liaise with clients to maintain strong relationships and address any issues
- Provide training and guidance to cleaning operatives
- Ensure cleaning schedules, supplies, and staffing are managed efficiently
- Drive to and from various sites in a company-provided van
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A flexible and hands-on approach
