As you progress through your training and learn new skills, your pay will increase—multiskilled operatives can earn up to £16.45 per hour at the basic rate, and up to £24.67 per hour with overtime premiums added.

You’ll be supported by an experienced operations team with industry expertise and proven mentorship. As we continue to expand, Framptons is actively looking for new recruits.
As a successful applicant, you’ll become a key member of the Framptons team, working a 4-on-4-off shift
schedule (2 days/2 nights), with each shift lasting 12 hours.
The role involves general Production Operator duties throughout the site, so we are seeking candidates who succeed in energetic production settings, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and bring a positive attitude.
Experience in fast-paced sectors such as food manufacturing or product blending is helpful but not essential as
full training will be given.
