Are you reliable, motivated and ready to roll up your sleeves? We're looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Pickers to become part of our well- established and supportive team in Kelleythorpe.
No warehouse experience? No Problem! Full training is provided, so you'll have everything you need to learn the role and succeed.
You will work in a modern, purpose built warehouse alongside a friendly and experienced team. We believe in giving our colleagues the support and encouragement they need to do their job well, while trusting them to get on with it.
What You'll Do:
- Accurately pick stock for our retail stores and online customers
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work area
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily performance targets
- Check that orders are picked correctly and ready for dispatch.
- Follow warehouse procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy

Pay rates
- 21+ : £12.71 per hour
- 18-20: £10.85 per hour
- 16-17: £8.00 per hour
- Performance bonuses: Earn up to £13.71 per hour
Position Details:
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 17-34 Hours per week
- Weekend work is required
- Schedule: 08.00 - 17.00 with flexibility around contracted hours
- Pay: £8.00 - £12.71 per hour depending on your age, with the opportunity to earn up to £13.71 per hour through performance-based bonuses.
