Full-time — 40 hours per week
Typical hours 8am–5pm, with flexibility for occasional early starts or late finishes
Must be able to get to Kings Worthy independently
We're looking for a motivated trainee to learn window film installation and grow into a skilled member of our team.
The Role
● Learn to install solar control, safety, decorative, and privacy window films alongside an experienced installer
● Learn to install graphics and manifestation, including preparing graphics for application
● Assist with material prep, site setup, and job logistics
● Develop toward working independently on domestic and commercial jobs
● One day you could be working in a luxury private home, the next on a construction site. You should be presentable in all environments and comfortable communicating with a wide range of customers
What We're Looking For
● No experience necessary — full training provided
● Reliable, keen to learn, takes pride in doing a job properly
● Able to think and problem-solve independently, staying focused on the task at hand
● Diligent and careful, with respect for customers' property at all times
● Comfortable working at height and with hand/power tools
● Full UK driving licence, and able to get to our Kings Worthy base independently
● Flexible to work outside typical hours when needed, including occasional early starts or late
This is a physically demanding job involving ladder work, standing for extended periods, and regular lifting of equipment and materials. You should be reasonably fit.
An enhanced DBS check will be completed as part of the recruitment process
