We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Domiciliary Care Team Leader to join our friendly local team supporting adults in their own homes across Aldershot, Guildford, Godalming and the surrounding areas.
You’ll play an important role in making sure clients receive high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and guiding the wider care team.

You’ll be responsible for
· Supporting and supervising care staff in the community
· Ensuring clients receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care
· Completing care visits and providing hands-on support when required
· Supporting with medication and care plans
· Carrying out quality checks and spot checks
· Helping with staff inductions, training and ongoing development
· Building positive relationships with clients, families and care staff
· Reporting any concerns and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed

· Passionate about delivering high standards of care
Before applying
You’ll need previous senior care experience, ideally within a domiciliary care setting.
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are essential, as you’ll be travelling between clients locally.
You must already have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
