About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Develop strategies to increase online sales and conversions.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and customer behavior.
- Optimize product listings, promotions, and online merchandising.
- Coordinate digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales and e-commerce performance data.
- Work with technology, marketing, and customer-service teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve the online shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- Proven e-commerce or digital retail experience.
- Strong understanding of online sales and conversion optimization.
