The eLearning Support Assistant supports the delivery of high-quality online and blended learning across the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health. Working closely with eLearning Technologists, Support Officers, academic staff, and professional services colleagues, the role contributes to the creation of accessible, engaging digital learning resources and effective staff training. The post holder helps ensure students and staff have a positive, inclusive digital learning experience, while developing their own skills in a collaborative and supportive team environment
The eLearning Team supports teaching and learning across the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health, working in partnership with academic colleagues, IT Services, and central University teams. The team provides expertise in digital education, educational technologies, and staff development, supporting both campus-based and distance learning programmes. This role sits within a friendly, multidisciplinary team committed to service excellence, accessibility, continuous improvement, and the University’s strategic priorities for digital education.
