A bit about us:
We are a small family run business based in Bruton, Somerset. We've been processing and distributing locally sourced organic and non organic milk and cream for over 15 years. We are now looking for an additional member to our team to help us pick orders and load the vans Monday-Saturday.

Summary of tasks for this role:
- Ensuring that orders are picked correctly and loaded onto our vans safely.
- Maintaining a high level hygiene and Health & Safety.
- Keeping the work space clean and tidy.
- Double checking stock whilst picking orders for quality.
- Any other duties as reasonably required.
The ideal candidate
- Flexible
- Happy working in a fast-paced production environment and have a ‘can-do’ approach.
- Enjoy working in a small team.
- Ability to work in a physical role. All of the milk crates are manually lifted.
- Excellent communication skills
- Diligent and methodical.
- Good attention to detail.
- Driving licence, as vans need to be moved around our yard.
Required working days are Monday-Saturday. (Saturday can be worked every other week)
Start time is 12.45pm.
Shift length is roughly 3-4 hours per day depending on volume or orders. There is generally 90-150 orders to pick and load each day so the successful candidate would benefit from being full of energy.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £13.10 per hour
