The Role:
We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing department. In this role, you will operate a fully automated X/Y flatbed plotter machine to cut technical and thermal materials to precise specifications.
You will be working on high-performance components destined for advanced electronic applications, where attention to detail and quality is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate and monitor the X/Y flatbed plotter machine.
· Cut a range of technical and thermal materials according to design specifications.
· Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
· Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
· Follow production schedules and meet output targets.
· Work collaboratively with the production team and follow all safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous manufacturing or production experience is essential.
· Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a team-player attitude.
· Willingness to learn – full in-house training will be provided.
