We’re looking for a Bar Manager to take the lead in opening and running the bar — shaping the team, culture, and guest experience from day one, working closely with the Owner to deliver the mission.
The Role
You’ll oversee the whole bar operation, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and a great atmosphere. From staff management to stock control, you’ll be responsible for making V & B Bar thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the bar team
- Manage stock, suppliers, and orders
- Ensure top-quality service and guest experience
- Handle rotas, costs, and reporting
- Keep everything compliant, safe, and efficient
- Drive sales through promotions and upselling
About You
- Experience managing a bar or hospitality venue
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Passion for drinks, cocktails, and service
- Organised, reliable, and commercially minded
- Calm under pressure with a hands-on attitude
- Flexible for evenings, weekends, and peak trading
