An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, self-driven Sales Specialist to join a newly forming Dealership, based in Gwent South Wales.
The business is newly formed and will be responsible for hundreds of machines already in the field as well as future business sales.
The Sales Specialist will contribute to the effectiveness of the new and used sales department, working as a team with the other sales team and ensuring the processes in place for the day-to-day running of the business are efficient.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional reporting directly to the board of directors, you will strengthen existing customers linked with the dealer brand and capitalise on opportunities within the territory. This a client facing role and requires somebody who is confident in talking to people and understanding their needs to provide an excellent service. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of achieving targets.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
· Develop relationships with new clients and identify new business opportunities in the market and territory.
· Achieve planned sales targets and goals
· Prepare quotations and order confirmations
· Promote the company’s services and product range and understand their technical complexities.
· Enhance customer service levels across departments
· Meet Company targets and KPIs.
· Weekly Reporting of department KPI’s
· Represent the company in key industry events, exhibitions and conferences.
