Deputy Manager – Supported Living
Office Location: Broadway, Chadderton (covering services across Oldham, Failsworth, Rochdale and Middleton)

Willow Tree Support is looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our growing management team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with the Registered Manager and Outreach Manager to support the day-to-day running of our supported living services and community outreach provision. We're looking for someone who enjoys being out in the services, supporting staff, solving problems and helping us maintain high standards of care.

The Role
You'll work as part of our management team, supporting both the Registered Manager and Outreach Manager by:
- Supporting the day-to-day operational management of supported living services and outreach packages.
- Providing visible, hands-on leadership across services in Oldham, Failsworth, Rochdale and Middleton.
- Leading, mentoring and developing support staff.
- Completing supervisions, spot checks, audits and quality assurance visits.
- Supporting recruitment, inductions, training and staff development.
- Managing incidents and ensuring services remain compliant with CQC standards.
- Building positive relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, families and other stakeholders.
- Supporting the mobilisation of new care packages and services as the organisation continues to grow.
- Participating in the management on-call rota.
- Helping drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
This is not a desk-based role. You'll regularly visit services, work alongside frontline teams and provide practical support to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior or management role within health and social care.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
- Experience supporting adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism.
- Good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and person-centred support.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to participate in the management on-call rota.
- Right to work in the UK.

Desirable
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or a willingness to complete it. Willow Tree Support will fund the qualification for the right candidate if required.
