Horbury Property Services Ltd are looking for an organised and proactive Planning and Support Coordinator to join their team. This is a varied role where you will coordinate and manage administration and planning duties for a number of contracts ensuring resources are deployed efficiently and effectively, and all administration meets contract and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, plan, and monitor the daily work of field operatives to meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Produce regular reports and maintain accurate records using software and manual systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing client and customer communications professionally.
- Maintain staff records, including sickness, holiday, and operational requirements (e.g., paperwork, uniforms, van stock).
- Update asset registers and arrange routine maintenance and inspections in line with contractual and legislative requirements.
- Provide general administrative support, including document management, filing, and system updates.
- Monitor job progress, address delays, and carry out data housekeeping activities.
- Support cost estimation, tender preparation, and documentation for projects.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and following up on submissions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and occasionally provide on-site support as needed.

What We're Looking For:
- GCSEs Grade A-C / 4-9
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong customer service and administrative skills
- Excellent organisational ability
- Previous administrative experience
- Ability to work effectively to deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Professional, motivate and reliable approach
- Friendly and confident telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Hours:
35 hours per week - 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with a one hour unpaid lunch
