Rehabilitation Assistant (a.k.a. Rehab Rockstar)
Ever fancied a job where you can change lives by day, smash table tennis rallies at lunch, and head off to genuinely awesome team-building days with a crew that actually likes each other?
Yeah… this is one of those jobs.
We’re on the hunt for a Rehabilitation Assistant with energy, initiative, and a real sense of responsibility for helping people rebuild their lives after injury or illness. We’ll invest in you—your skills, confidence, and development—but we’re looking for someone who takes ownership of rehab, not someone waiting to be told what to do.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be right at the heart of our rehab team, supporting clients in rehab centres, homes, and out in the community. No two days look the same—and that’s exactly how we like it.
- Bringing rehabilitation plans to life alongside our clinicians
- Taking responsibility for delivering rehab interventions at a rehab centre
- Supporting clients in their homes and community settings, always prioritising safety, dignity, and comfort
- Leading and facilitating therapeutic activities that support physical, cognitive, and emotional recovery
- Tracking progress accurately and feeding back to the wider rehab team
- Building real, human relationships with clients—empathy is non-negotiable
- Getting behind the wheel to travel between locations and appointments
- Using IT systems confidently to keep records sharp and communication smooth
- Collaborating with rehab professionals and peers—teamwork makes the dream work
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything—we’ll help you grow—but you do need initiative, accountability, and the confidence to take responsibility for rehab delivery.
- Experience in rehabilitation and/or the care sector (highly desirable)
- Background in sport, exercise, or physical activity? Big plus
- Comfortable supporting or implementing rehab or care plans
- Strong English skills (written and verbal)—you’ll be communicating a lot
- Solid IT skills for documentation and records
- A proactive mindset: you spot what needs doing and get on with it
- A warm, positive communicator who can build trust quickly
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- Real investment in your personal and professional development
- Supportive, knowledgeable rehab team who’ve got your back
- Table tennis battles with staff (bragging rights included)
- Genuinely fun team-building days (not the awkward kind)
- A role where your work actually matters—every single day
