Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team.
This role is 2 days per week Tuesdsay and Friday for 1 hour per day - the hour can be anytime between 9am-3pm
The successful candidate will contribute to creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and visitors alike. Flexibility in working hours and a strong work ethic are essential for this position.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in commercial settings, including offices, retail spaces, and other public areas
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Dispose of waste materials responsibly and efficiently
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning procedures
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning work is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and thoroughly
- Good organisational skills to manage tasks within allocated timeframes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable with a positive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning activities is advantageous
