We are excited to be expanding our team and are looking for individuals who have a passion for providing exceptional guest service to join our team on a part time basis working between 5 and 20 hours a week (possibility of overtime).
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent hospitality and guest service to ensure a positive experience
- Handling cash, including taking orders, processing payments, and providing accurate change
- Maintain excellent cleanliness standards both behind the bar and on the floor
- Build positive guest relations by guiding them through choice across a vast number of products
- Problem solving any issues that may arise before they become complaints
Requirements:
- A passion for excellent guest service
- A great understanding and knowledge of beer, or willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Due to the hours required to cover our rota, you must be available to work at any point between 11:00 and 01:00 daily with no restrictions. The hours are part time and will not exceed agreed hours, but you must be able to work within all available hours.
- Mid week evenings are a must (Mon-Thur)
