We’re Helpful Home, a family-run cleaning company based in Sale. We’ve been looking after local homes since 2010, and we’re proud to be known for being reliable, organised and genuinely lovely to work with. We’re now looking for a self‑employed domestic cleaner (subcontractor) to take on some regular local client cleans in Sale, Altrincham, Urmston and Chorlton.
You’ll be cleaning private homes for our regular clients — the usual domestic cleaning tasks like:
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Dusting, vacuuming and mopping
- General freshen-ups and keeping homes looking great
We’ll offer you dependable hours each week, most of our client cleans are needed:
- Tuesday–Friday
- Around 9am–3pm (school hours)
This role is for ongoing regular work.. Pay Up to £17 per hour, plus a travel contribution (mileage) for travel between client homes.

Self‑employed status (important)This is a self‑employed subcontractor role, so you’ll:
- Manage your own tax/NICs and any required insurances
- Set your own availability and accept/decline work offered
- Be free to work with other clients/companies too
