About Calibre
Calibre is a live software platform for the luxury watch trade. We give watch businesses the market clarity they need to make sharper buying and selling decisions. The product is live, dealers are using it, and we're growing our team to bring it to more of the market.
The role
We're looking for a full-time salesperson to join our team and drive new customer acquisition:
Convert our warm list. We have a list of potential clients. You'll contact them (primarily via WhatsApp), explain the product, and onboard them as customers.
Find new customers. Identify successful watch businesses beyond our existing network and bring them on board — these are often the businesses that get the most value from the product.
Run your own pipeline. You'll track your outreach, sign-ups, and conversion rates and report progress regularly. You're accountable for your numbers and comfortable being measured by them.
Who this suits
A proven B2B closer — software/SaaS sales experience is a plus, but drive matters more than sector background
Comfortable with high-volume direct outreach and hearing "no"
Self-managing: you set your rhythm, track your own numbers, and don't wait to be told what to do
Confident building relationships over WhatsApp, phone, and in person
Interest in watches or luxury goods is a bonus, not a requirement — we'll teach you the market

Pay: £24,752.16-£30,000.00 per year
