The Role
We’re looking for a driven Multi-Site Manager to take full ownership of our Southern Cluster. You’ll lead multiple stores, inspire teams, and drive performance across sales, standards, and customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Do
- Own performance, sales, and profitability across multiple sites (P&L accountability)
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and store teams
- Drive exceptional customer experience and brand standards
- Manage labour, stock, and cost control effectively
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with food safety and 5-star EHO standards
- Turn around underperforming stores where needed

What We’re Looking For
- Strong multi-site or high-volume retail/hospitality leadership experience
- Commercial mindset with a focus on sales and results
- Confident leader who can motivate and hold teams accountable
- Organised, hands-on, and comfortable travelling between sites
- Experience with EPOS, stock systems, and reporting tools (desirable)
