We’re looking for an experienced, confident and business-minded waitress to join our lovely team at Trio Italian!
We’re a friendly, family-run restaurant and are looking for someone who will fit into our team while bringing confidence, experience, initiative and a strong work ethic to the role.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, switched on and confident – someone who naturally sees what needs doing, gets stuck in and is comfortable taking the lead when needed.
What we’re looking for
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is essential
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking to customers
- Confident managing a busy section independently
- Professional, mature and reliable approach to work
- Naturally warm, friendly and personable
- Good understanding of upselling and increasing spend per head
- Commercially aware and business-minded
- Able to use initiative without constantly needing direction
- Strong attention to detail and high standards
- Comfortable taking responsibility during busy services
- A genuine team player who is happy to get stuck in
- Wine, cocktail and Italian food knowledge would be a bonus
There is potential for progression into a senior / shift leader position for the right person.
Part-time & full-time hours available
Evening and weekend availability required
Pay dependent on experience
