Mobile Electrical Engineer – £45,000 – London
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a well-established building services company covering a mixed commercial portfolio across London and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a mobile position with door-to-door travel, consistent overtime, and a varied commercial workload.

- Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE
- Hours: 42.5-hour week

- Travel: Door-to-Door paid (30 minutes each way)
- Holiday: 25 days annual leave
- Sick Pay:
- 1 paid sick day after 3 months' service

- Overtime Expectation: Approximately 20 hours per month

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical works across commercial properties
- Diagnose and repair faults on electrical systems and associated building services equipment
- Complete electrical testing, inspections, and remedial works
- Attend scheduled Saturday and occasional night work as required
- Ensure all service reports and compliance documentation are completed accurately
- Deliver a high standard of workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current health and safety regulations
Requirements / Qualifications
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (essential)
- AM2 Qualification (essential)
- Experience working within commercial building services
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
- Willingness to undertake Saturday and night work
- Full UK Driving Licence
