Join our dynamic team as a Phone Companion. Niamz Companions is looking for caring, friendly, and reliable Phone Companions to provide meaningful companionship to individuals over the phone. Your role will be to help reduce loneliness, offer emotional support through conversation, and brighten someone's day with regular calls.
Key Responsibilities - Make scheduled companionship calls to clients. - Engage in friendly, meaningful conversations. - Provide emotional support and encouragement. - Maintain accurate call records. - Report any concerns in line with company procedures. Requirements - Excellent communication and listening skills. - Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. - Reliable with a professional attitude. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Previous experience in customer service, care, support work, or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
