Contracts Administrator Part Time 22 hours per week

Contracts Administrator Responsibilities:
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Overseeing all contracts administration tasks, ensuring accurate setup, amendments, pricing, and billing information
- Maintaining strong commercial and financial linkages across contract processes
- Supporting the finance team with contract onboarding and updates to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Assisting with the management of contract-related documentation within systems such as SAP
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Collaborating across finance and customer service functions to ensure smooth contract management
- Contributing to process improvements and efficient contract administration workflows

Contracts Administrator Requirements:
- Strong administration experience, with proficiency in MS Excel and systems such as SAP
- SAP experience is not a necessary requirement
- Highly numerate with the ability to handle financial data accurately
- Able to start work quickly and adapt to new processes
- Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Capable of working independently and within a team
- Knowledge of facilities or construction industry is desirable but not essential
Location:
Based at a modern office in Southeast Oxford, this hybrid role requires driving to the site, as public transport options are limited. The role offers flexible working hours, either across three full days per week or five days with designated hours from 9am to 3pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 2pm Friday, with possible slight adjustments. Parking is available on-site.
