The Role
As Business Manager, you will play a key part in the sales process, supporting both customers and the sales team to provide tailored finance and insurance solutions while ensuring every customer receives a first-class buying experience.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for achieving finance and product penetration targets, maintaining compliance, and contributing to the continued success of the dealership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Presenting finance and insurance products in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Working closely with the sales team to maximise every opportunity.
- Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.
- Delivering outstanding levels of customer service throughout the purchase journey.
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Achieving and exceeding finance, insurance and profitability targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Automotive Finance Specialist.
- A proven track record of delivering strong F&I performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a busy dealership environment.
- A motivated and target-driven individual who enjoys working as part of a successful team.
