Job brief
- Providing excellent customer service
- Helping customers make a decision in choosing tiles
- The ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers
- A confident and professional manner in dealing with a variety of different customer situations
- Ability to work co-operatively with others
- Enthusiasm and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to engage and inspire customers through questioning and listening skills
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or working in retail sales
- Lifting tiles, loading and unloading customer vehicles and company vehicles
- Preparing deliveries
- Maintain excellent store retail standards
What you'll need - skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Confident dealing with trade and retail customers
- Focused, motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
