Due to continued growth, they're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their London team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a graduate or someone at the start of their sales career to join a high-performing commercial environment, receive first-class training, and build a clear path into a Business Development Manager or Account Manager role.
The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities for the sales team. You'll be speaking with senior decision-makers, identifying potential exhibitors and sponsors, and helping drive revenue growth across a portfolio of industry-leading events.
You'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and the chance to learn from experienced sales professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective exhibitors and sponsors
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research target companies and build qualified prospect lists
- Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales professionals
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline through CRM
- Follow up on inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads
- Build strong relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to support commercial campaigns
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities when required
