⭐ About the home:
This nurturing children’s home has been open for four years and has consistently performed well, having achieved a fourth consecutive “GOOD” OFSTED rating, with “OUTSTANDING” elements in its most recent inspection. The home is currently operating at full occupancy and provides high-quality support for two young people within a warm, stable and trauma-informed environment.
The provider works closely alongside clinical psychologists to ensure each young person receives consistent therapeutic support tailored to their individual needs. Their ethos is centred around building confidence, self-esteem and resilience, empowering young people to make positive progress and feel truly valued within the home.
The service has also built strong relationships with several local schools, with young people maintaining excellent attendance and positive engagement in education.
⭐ What you'll need:
- 2 years' experience in an OFSTED regulated children's home
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Full UK driving license
