Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality clinical insourcing services to NHS Trusts.
Working as part of the Service Delivery team, and reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of services, including rota management, clinician coordination, logistics, and operational problem-solving.
The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements, while supporting strong working relationships with both NHS clients and clinical professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Service & Contract Support
· Support the Service Delivery Manager with the operational delivery of NHS insourcing contracts, ensuring agreed services are delivered as planned.
· Act as a day-to-day contact for operational queries from NHS clients and clinicians, escalating issues appropriately.
· Maintain accurate records to support service performance reporting, governance, and audits.
Rota & Service Coordination
· Coordinate and manage clinical rotas, ensuring services are fully staffed and aligned to contractual requirements.
· Monitor rota utilisation and advise on opportunities to maximise capacity and efficiency.
· Support contingency planning by identifying and responding to gaps, changes, or risks to service delivery.
· Ensure rotas are accurate, up to date, and communicated clearly to all stakeholders.
Clinical Staff & Logistics
· Coordinate clinician deployment in line with service requirements and compliance standards.
· Manage service logistics, including booking accommodation and travel within agreed budgets.
· Act as a professional and supportive point of contact for clinicians throughout service delivery.
Issue Resolution & Operational Support
· Proactively identify operational issues and resolve them where possible, escalating complex issues to the Service Delivery Manager.
· Support incident management processes by gathering information and contributing to follow-up actions.
· Ensure contractual KPIs (such as attendance, utilisation, and patient volumes) are supported through effective coordination.
Continuous Improvement
· Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes and ways of working.
· Contribute ideas and feedback to support team efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
· Support the implementation of new processes or approaches introduced by Service Delivery Managers.

Desirable Experience
· Previous experience working in service delivery, workforce coordination, or operations, ideally within a healthcare environment.
· Previous experience working with NHS clients or NHS-facing organisations.
· Experience within healthcare recruitment, insourcing, or clinical service provision.

Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
