Job Role
It is the role of the Project Co-ordinator (PC) to retain and grow nominated accounts, focusing on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction with the company’s services through managing projects, fixing any issues and delivering a high-quality service. The PC will report directly to their Line Manager, as well as work closing with the company’s sales and operations team.
Job Duties
Implementation Management:
· Manage customer's implementation process. This will involve chairing implementation meetings with customers. Working with the customers to gather and document requirements for the system build.
· Create and update project governance documentation.
· Coordinate with C365 Teams and the customer to ensure a timely flow of information between stakeholders.
· Provide Support to other PC’s in the team.
· Act as a initial escalation point for other PC’s to resolve customer queries.
· With Support of the Head of Implementation create Milestone plans for customer implementations
· Ability to identify risks to the implementation and put in place mitigation plans that are agreed by all stakeholders.
· Manage the implementation in accordance to the contractual and corporate requirements, highlighting and managing any risks during the implementation lifecycle in this regard.
Account Management:
· Management of smaller key accounts and support on larger key accounts in line with the business requirement during the implementation phase.
· Act as a point of escalation for key accounts, feedback access issues and answer customer calls.
· Understand the contractual and corporate commitments with the customer.
· Work with service delivery teams on any required issues.
Performance & Quality Management:
· Keep company documentation up to date with all accurate data.
· Produce any required service reporting.
· Produce correctly worded, accurate client information, timescales and follow up actions.
· Ensure SharePoint is kept up to date with agendas/minutes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
